This is one of those houses that exudes charm! We gave it a full treatment marketing treat meant with photos, Matterport virtual tour, floor plan and drone coverage. Being so close to several hotspots in Tallahassee I was able to use my drone to show the walking distance to several shopping and dining options as well as Cascades Park. The virtual tour shows the charming upgrades as well as preserved classic elements from this 1936 home.

For the hero shot I used a lens with a greater focal length and compression ratio than a typical wide angle lens. This draws attention to the house and without the typical distortions you might see in traditional real estate photography.
