霧 Fog — Terms of Use
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Fog app, made by Steven Saccio Photography LLC. By using Fog you agree to them. If you downloaded Fog from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
What Fog is — and isn’t
Fog is a personal self-reflection tool. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
Your content
What you write belongs to you and is stored only on your device. You’re responsible for keeping your device and backups secure. Because we don’t have a copy, we can’t recover data that is lost with a device, deleted, or not included in a backup.
Fog Pro
Fog Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks additional features on devices using the same Apple ID or Google account. Payment, refunds and restores are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Features may change over time; we’ll aim not to remove paid features you rely on.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fog for your own non-commercial use. Don’t reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app.
Reminders
Reminders depend on your device’s notification settings and operating system. We can’t guarantee every reminder will be delivered on time.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Fog is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steven Saccio Photography LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Fog. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Fog Pro.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use Fog means you accept the updated terms.
