One Rock is a focus app built around a single task per day. You name your one rock, and the screen shows only that task, with an optional timer, a place for notes, and a done button.
The idea draws on the Zen principle of complete immersion in one action. There is no list to manage and nothing else competing for attention.

A history log shows each day’s task and whether it was completed, so a run of finished days is easy to see.

Set a morning reminder, an evening reminder, or both, and choose the time.
